Give this dumbbell only legs and core workout at home a try! All you need is dumbbells for this routine and you’ll be training your quads, hamstrings, glutes, hips, calves, upper abs, middle abs, lower abs and oblique muscles. There are 8 exercises using the intervals of 45 seconds high intensity work followed by 15 seconds rest and repeated for 8 minutes straight. Do this circuit 4 times resting 1-3 minutes in between rounds depending on your experience level for a full volume legs and core workout at home with dumbbells. You can also use this dumbbell workout as a finisher to burnout your legs, abs and obliques at the end of your core and leg day. This is a follow along dumbbell leg and core workout at home video and a timer is run throughout on the screen for you to stay on track.
