Meal 3 – 190g Chicken Breast + 100g White Rice + 100g Beetroot + 75g Peppers

Meal 4 – 240g Salmon Fillet + 150g Vegetables

Meal 5 – 80g Oatmeal + 250ml Almond Milk + 1tbsp Honey + 1 Banana

Rough Total: ~2,950kcal, ~220g Protein, ~85g Fats, ~300g Carbs
