2 Sets
First Set is Heavy, 5-9 Reps ( Slow and Quality)
Second Set is Lighter, 10-12 Reps
– Hamstring Leg Curl machine
– Leg Press
– Seated Leg Curl Machine
– Standing Hamstring Curl Machine
– lying Leg Curl Machine
Make sure to do QUALITY Reps and focus on the negatives
