Guys.. I have a great 12 minute at home workout for men no weights. This workout is going to be a circuit-style workout. We are going to do each exercise back to back without any rest in between. We are going to do 3 circuits of 4 exercises, 60 seconds for each exercise. This is an intense workout that you can do at home, in a hotel, really anywhere because it doesn’t require equipment. Let’s get started with the exercises in this 12 minute at home workout for men no weights follow along. Follow along as we get this circuit-style workout going.
Exercise #1: MUAY THAI PUSHUPS. This is a unique styled pushup, go for 20 seconds then rest for 40 seconds before starting the next exercise.
Exercise #2: SPLIT SQUATS. For this exercise we are going to do 7 reps on each leg then rest for 40 seconds.
Exercise #3: ELEVATED SKULLCRUSHERS. The more of an angle you have leaning forward, the more difficult this exercise is going to be. Do this for 20 seconds then rest for 40 seconds.
Exercise #4: BICYCLE CRUNCH. Do as many as you can for 20 seconds then rest for 40 seconds.
Rest for 40 more seconds before starting the circuit again, and you are going to do 3 total circuits. This is such a great workout, especially because it does not involve any equipment. Depending on your current physical level, if you need to rest a little bit longer that is okay. Make sure to push yourself as much as you can, and your goal should be to improve the more you do this.
