Back and Biceps Workout:

Pull-ups: 10 sets x 10 reps
Bent Over Rows: 4 sets x 10 reps
Single Arm Dumbbell Rows: 4 sets x 10 reps
V-grip pulldowns: 4 sets x 10 reps
Incline Straight Arm Pulldowns: 4 sets x 12 reps
Barbell Curls: 3 Sets x 12 reps
Prontated Curls SUPERSETTED with Supinates Curls on Preacher Bench: 3 Sets x 10 reps (each exercise)
