What is the first thing that comes to mind when you hear someone say “I want 3D delts?” That question usually makes me wonder whether or not they’re working all 3 of their delts. Although the acronym 3D stands for 3 dimensional. When referring to the shoulders it should also mean 3Delts.

You have 3 delts. Anterior, lateral, and posterior. Commonly known as your front, Middle, and rear delt. If You want all 3 of these muscles in your shoulder to pop, you need to be training them.
