SHOULDER WORKOUT DUMBBELLS ONLY ROUTINE

This is full Shoulder Workout at Home with Dumbbells Only that you can follow along. We will be targeting the Anterior deltoid, lateral deltoid, rear deltoid and trapezius muscles.

Shoulder is an extremely important muscle group of our body and it is important to take care of its mobility and strength. We will start with a quick warmup which will consist of few warmup exercises for shoulder workout that will prepare our shoulder joint for the workout.

After that we will move straight to the shoulder workout with dumbbells and Bodyweight with total of 6 exercises. We will perform each exercise for 10 reps and take rest of 30 seconds between each exercise. Once we complete all the 6 exercises it will complete 1 round.

After completing 1 round we will take 1 minute rest for this shoulder workout and then repeat again. Beginners can do total of 2-3 rounds of this shoulder home workout and experienced lifters can perform upto 4-5 rounds of this best shoulder dumbbells only workout. These are the best shoulder exercises for complete development of your shoulders and deltoids.

After completing the workout we will be performing the shoulder stretches for better shoulder mobility, flexibility and injury prevention.
