Home Workout
This BEGINNER ABS workout is perfect if you just started ♡ All the AB exercises are lying down on your back and the level is great for beginners! If you still find some of them difficult, you can place your hands behind your lower back!

This workout will target all of your core muscles; lower abs, obliques (those ab lines), the main core & upper abs!

There are no breaks in this beginner workout because I want to make sure it is very efficient and gives you the most amount of results! There are some exercises that will be easier than others, so you can consider those as a rest hehehe! Don’t worry! This is much easier than my 7 Min Abs Plank Challenges!

You can do this workout at home, no equipment needed! Only thing that I think it’s important is your yoga mat to make sure your lower back is safe. If you have a yoga mat and feel pain in the lower back, make sure to reset and check your form by filming yourself! Your back should always be glued to the mat and not lifting, this is when you place your hands behind the lower back to make it a bit easier for your core.

If you just started and want to see ultimate results, I recommend working out 3-5 times a week for 30-45 mins per day! Here are some workouts for you that you can combine with this one until you complete the time you want to workout for!
