Workout Meals
More than a year into this new normal, how do you guys keep yourselves healthy? For me, I try to stay active by doing home workouts.

I know it’s tempting to just do nothing, but hey, if there’s something we should have learned from the pandemic, it’s that our health should be our priority.

Aside from working out, we should also eat right. Eating right, not eating less or starving oneself. Choose the right food that will supply your body with the nutrients you need.

One of my favorite post workout meals is fried galunggong with monggo and brown rice. How about you?
