Hey guys so due to recent events I know that many gyms have been closed and people have not been aloud to leave there house etc. I thought I would make this video to share an at home, no equipment needed workout routine to keep gaining muscle during this time.As i said, I am leaving links to all the exercises and spoken to several people about the programme who say it is very good. Of-course it is not as good as a gym but for the time being I hope it can help.
