The triceps are one of the easiest muscle groups to work at home. No equipment is needed to build great triceps at home and most of the tricep exercises in this video can be done in the comfort of your own room.
This video also includes a triceps workout routine which you can use to help you build big triceps at home. You can find the routine at 1:32.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are new to tricep extensions (whether they be floor tricep extensions or tricep extensions on a ledge/bar), please be aware that they are very intense on the elbows. Please make sure you build up the strength slowly to avoid putting unnecessary strain on the elbows, and if the movement begins to hurt then stop it immediately. Always remember to warm up and stretch before your workouts (I have a video of a bunch of different calisthenics stretches which you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eFO-pCQSN8k&t)
