Here is my workout program / training routine in my home gym during this quarantine time. Basic, can be dumbbell-only, very flexible routine!
DAY 1:
Bench Press – 3-4sets
Goblet Squat – 3-4sets
Low Row – 3-4sets
RDL – 3-4sets
Lateral Raise – 3-4sets
OH Extension – 3-4sets
Bicep Curls – 3-4sets
DAY 2:
OHP – 3-4sets
Sumo Squat – 3-4sets
High Row – 3-4sets
Reverse Lunge – 3-4sets
Chest Fly – 3-4sets
Kickbacks – 3-4sets
Hammer Curl – 3-4sets
