This cardio workout for beginners at home consists of easy to follow beginner exercises that will help you to lose weight. It takes 40 minutes and this includes a series of cardio exercises to help lose weight, and some stretching exercises to serve as a cooling down and making sure your muscles won’t get too stiff after the workout. You need no equipment at all for this workout.
