RECOMMENDED ROUTINE:
Mon: HIIT Workout
Tue: Cardio + Abs
Wed: HIIT Workout
Thur: Cardio + Abs
Fri: HIIT Workout
Sat: REST (or if ambitious- Cardio + Abs)
Sun: REST

IN THIS VIDEO
(3 Sets of 30 seconds work hard, 30 seconds rest between each exercise, 1 min break between sets).
1. High Knee Sprint (Text upper left: Stay on toes, Knees high, pump arms)
2. Push up + 4 shoulder taps (wide feet, modify on knees, keep back straight)
3. Power Squats (stay back on heels, look forward NOT DOWN)
4. Alternating superman from knees (Straight line from finger to foot)
5. Mountain Climbers (contract abs, explode knee to chest)

This video is full length which means you can just follow along with whatever I’m doing. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don’t need a rest – watch it the whole way through.
