At home workout for men no equipment – Hey guys, in this video tutorial with an at home workout no equipment, I am going to give you four exercises that will contribute to a full body workout. This is amazing because you can workout without equipment at home, which makes it easier for everyone with such busy schedules. Let’s get started!

In this at home workout without equipment, you are only going to rest for about 10 seconds between each exercise. Doing this will keep your heart rate up and your metabolism going, and that will help you burn more calories and build more muscle. After you do the first four exercises, you’ll stop and rest for a couple minutes, and then do all four exercises again in this at home workout without equipment. Each set of 4 exercises is a cycle, and I want you to do two cycles in this workout at home for men without equipment.

In this video tutorial of a no equipment workout for men, I am going to show you the correct form for each of the exercises and then we will do the full workout together so you can follow along as I do it. The four exercises in this no equipment workout at home is jumping jacks, burpees, skaters, and last will be bicycle cross crunches. Now let’s get started with the proper form for each of these exercises in this workout at home no equipment.

The first exercise in this workout without equipment at home is jumping jacks. Everyone knows how to do jumping jacks, simple to do in this workout at home for men without equipment. The second exercise is burpees. There are a few different ways that people do this exercise, but I am going to show you the tough way in this no equipment workout for men. We are going to be incorporating a pushup into the burpee to make them a little more challenging. Now for skaters you want to keep your knees bent the whole time. If you are able to, when you do this try to hop from side to side as well. And last, I am going to show you how to do bicycle cross crunches. For this exercise, lay flat on your back, try to touch your elbow to the opposite knee, and aim for ten on each leg.

Now, let’s do one complete cycle in this workout at home no equipment. Let’s start it, jumping jacks let’s go! 25 jumping jacks done in first exercise of this workout at home without equipment. Give yourself 10 seconds, and then let’s go into the burpees for this no equipment workout at home. Here we go! Adding the pushup to these burpees really makes it more difficult in this at home workout without equipment. You are going to do 10 reps, and then take another rest before we head into the skaters. Two exercises down in this at home workout for men no equipment, and 2 more to go. Do 10 skaters to each side and for the bicycle cross crunches 10 times to each leg.

As you can see I am out of breath after the first cycle in this at home workout no equipment. This is a killer workout, and for those of you who might be in better shape you might need to do a fitness level adjustment to make sure you are getting the maximum work from this workout at home without equipment. Add more reps if you need to for each exercise because you want this at home workout no equipment to get you great results. And if you want to make it even harder, do 3 or 4 cycles instead of 2 cycles.
