Today is a legs workout so be ready to turn up the intensity and push those heavy weights! We will perform a straight sets of strength moves for 3 rounds of 30 seconds in and then close it out with a squat burnout! I used my 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, and 80 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a goblet squat and something as light as lunges for yourself. GO CRUSH IT!

Exercises:
1. Goblet Squats
2. Wall sit or squat hold
3. Squat Jumps
4. Walking Lunges OH
5. Reverse Lunges and knee drive
6. Slider Lunge circles
7. Step Ups
8. Single Leg Squats or Bulgarian Split Squat
9. Lateral Lunge to Curtsy Lunge
10. Squat Walk
11. Lunge forward and backward hops
12. Heels Up goblet
13. Heels Up Squat burnout
