Single leg crunches
Lunge jumps / Reverse lunges
Plank to frog sit
Running punches
Squat 90 degree jump
Toe touches
Crab toe touches
Narrow push ups
Elbow plank
Chest to floor burpees
Bicycle Crunches
Mountain Climbers
Lateral squats
Plank walk in/out
Climb the rope
Lunge pulses right side
Lunge pulses left side
Single leg glute bridges (20 seconds each leg)
Wide leg crunches
Fast burpees (not chest to floor)
Running on the spot
2 push ups then 4 squat jumps
