Try to STAY AWAY from OILY/GREASY and SALTY food.
I was not on a diet plan and was eating my regular meals. HOWEVER, my regular meals consist of items like rice, chicken, beans, lentils, etc. Moreover, whenever I eat takeouts, I go for relatively cleaner food like dumplings, some chicken items, etc. (relatively leaner than eating pork and beef and fries and salty crap.

I recorded my physical progress over 30 days using only 3 home exercises. Inactivity during the covid quarantine had driven me extremely out of shape. Therefore, I attempted to fix it. I did not use any equipment whatsoever. Moreover, I did not do any cardio. (Not even sufficient walking.) I also did not have any diet plan. I was eating takeouts about 4 times a week.
Did 100 repetitions per day of one of the three exercises: pushups, sit-ups, and squats.
Let me know what you think of my progress.
