Today’s Beginner Workout will be focused on your Upper Body and ABS. It requires no weights. This is a no-equipment workout that can be done at home. If you are still having a hard time with this beginner workout, feel free to take small breaks or even pause the video, it’s ok!
Not everyone is at the same level of fitness. We all start from different places with different backgrounds.
Some of us have played sports and worked out a little while some of us have never worked out at all.
No matter what level you are starting from, as long as you are consistent with your efforts, you can slowly improve over time.
The most important thing you can do is to get started!
