Workout Program Builder
Welcome to Episode 2 of the forgotten exercise series with Charles Glass, aka “The Godfather of bodybuilding.” Today we are covering 5 forgotten chest exercises for a bigger chest. There is some great variety in this chest workout and some of my favorite moves for your upper chest as well. The last one especially! My favorite part of training with forgotten exercises is the new challenge. They are both fun and motivating. Take for example the first chest exercise of the workout which is the feet elevated bench press drop-set. This is a very unusual intensity technique but made the bench press so much harder which = more gains! The rest of the routine is pretty epic too, so make sure you try it out and train hard! Remember it doesn’t matter how long you workout for, it’s how hard you train!
