When my mom moved in with me, she was really weak. I wanted to get her hips and abs strong fast, but she didn’t have the coordination and motor control to do advanced exercises. So I started her on some very simple hip and core exercises like the ones in this video. Starting with glute and ab exercises that are too difficult can result in injury, so I started her on super beginner level ab exercises and hip exercises. The results have been great for her. Despite being a senior citizen, her balance, strength, and coordination have all improved!
