Joe and I show a quick heavy bag boxing workout for abs I created to help work his midsection for his upcoming natural body building show. Joe just won his first East Coast NPC championship after we worked together for just over a year. Not bad for a 39 year old guy.

How to do the heavy bag boxing workout for abs:
3 minutes of continuous hooks (6), straights (6), shovel punch (6)
change up between fast and hard shots with 15 second rest in between each combination for all 3 punches of 6.
Immediately follow up with:
weighted sit ups 25 – 50 reps
crunches, heels down, toes up 10-25 reps
crunches, feet up on support 10-25 reps
* perform small pulses every 10 crunches for 5-10 for burn and hold last one…

Repeat this entire routine 3-5x then workout….
