Ingredients

CHOCOLATE COCONUT GRANOLA

  • 1 cup cashews, chopped
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 Quest Chocolate Coconut Hero Protein Bar

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the nuts, coconut and coconut flour.
  3. Add in the syrup and coconut oil and stir until everything is well coated.
  4. Transfer the mixing to a baking sheet and spread it out in an even layer.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, stir and continue baking for another 10 minutes until golden brown in color.
  6. Be careful that it doesn’t burn!
  7. Remove and let cool.
  8. Serve and store the extra in an airtight container.
