C – 30s Plank
O – 30s Mountain Climbers
N – 50 Sumo Squats / Wide Squats
T – 20 Military Planks
R – 60s Air Punches
O – 30s Mountain Climbers
L – 25 Bicycle Crunches (Note I accidentally did 20 :s)

You only need to do 1x Round of this workout and the rest period between each exercise is 0-30 seconds.
