Physique Disclaimer: I did not achieve this physique by doing these exercises alone. This video is just a demo, specially made for those who can’t go to the gym or do not have any gym equipment at home. Are these exercises still useful? In general, absolutely yes (but not until the level like a bodybuilder). Speaking about Muscle Hypertrophy, imo it is still nowhere close to training with real weights (Dumbbells and Barbells).
