This is a fun video. Today we are hitting an old school tricep workout. This is the type of triceps workout you would have seen or done back in the 80’s. This is how we all did it. Now i did make one modification due to injury prevention but other then that this is as basic is it gets. Give this a try and let me know how sore you got your tricep the next day.
