journal

If you have a busier schedule and don’t have a ton of time in the mornings, I suggest following this sequence of 5 min gratitude journaling, 5 min affirmation meditation, 5 mins of stretching and a glass of water before breakfast.
So start by opening your journal and writing out the 6 things we need to incorporate throughout our day.
Then write 3 goals for each pillar we will be focusing on.
3 goals for your physical health,
3 goals for spiritual wellbeing,
and 3 goals for mental clarity.
