This video teaches you how to create a Training program using the Trainerize app. In this tutorial we will show you 3 ways to create a training program:

1. Import a program template from the Trainerize Program Library –

Of course, the fastest way to build a program is to import a pre-built program template from the Trainerize Program Library. Browse through the always-growing collection of professionally-made programs, find one you love, then import it to your Master Programs Library. Once there, you can customize it to your liking.

2. Build a program from scratch –

To build a brand new program, start by setting the length of the program by choosing the number of training plans to include and the length of each. For example, if you want to create an 8-month program that includes 4 mesocycles, you’d add four 2-week training plans (2 x 4 = 8).

With your program structure set, you can add workouts into each training plan. You can do this by building new workouts right inside the training plans, or by importing pre-built workouts from either your Master Workouts Library, the Trainerize Workouts Library, or from a client’s program.

3. Copy and edit an existing program-

If you’re short on time and happen to be part of a team of trainers, you can also make a copy of a program already built by one of your teammates. You’ll find these programs in the Shared folder of your Master Programs Library. If you’re an admin or account owner, you can also browse through your team’s individual Master Program Libraries to locate programs you’d like to use then copy them to the Shared folder to give your entire team access.
