This is one of my favorite go-to HIIT workouts. Do this before you shower in the morning to get your day started! If one round is too easy you can do 2-3 rounds to complete a full workout.

Make sure to push yourself but stay within your limits! Remember to listen to your body, you know it best.

Fire Hydrants – 40 secs

Glute Bridge Lifts – 40 secs

REST – 20 secs

Standing Cross Crunches

Rest – 20 secs

Russian Twists – 40 secs

REST – 20 secs

Bicycle Crunches – 40 secs

REST – 20 secs
