Welcome to the final workout in this March seven-day series. We’re working tabata-style today (tabata = high intensity interval training), but don’t let the fancy name✨ throw you off! This is a MODERATE routine that is ideal? for WEIGHT LOSS, HEART CONDITIONING, BONE HEALTH, and just about any fitness goal you have in mind.

And the moderation ensures that BEGINNERS feel right at home? too!

As a CARDIO girl myself, this routine is definitely my jam?. And I’ve packed today’s workout with moves that are close to my endorphin-loving heart?! This is the kind of self love that leaves you smiling for the rest of your day?.

Let’s break out the noisemakers?, balloons? and confetti? to get this party started!

Timer is set for 20 second intervals; we do each move three times in a row; there is 10 seconds of rest between moves
