For the past few weeks, I have been trying Pamela Reif’s weekly workout plan and each week I have been uploading my weekly results for you guys to track my before and after results. This is my last video in this series, to sum up my 30 days results whilst following Pamela Reif’s home workout plan.
In this video, I review Pamela Reif’s weekly workout plan that I tried for 30 days and evaluate my experience. Overall, I loved working out with Pamela Rief, she makes any workout enjoyable. I hope you guys will enjoy this Pamela Reif results 30 days challenge. Following Pamela Reif’s workout plan for a month wasn’t easy. It definitely took a lot of dedication and discipline to commit to this workout challenge, but I am super happy with my results. I think you can definitely see a massive change in my before and after results from this challenge. Hopefully, I can motivate and give a voice to my plus size females who are also thinking of starting Pamela Reif’s workout plan. I would definitely recommend for plus size females to try the 45-minute fat burn workout plan or the Pamela Rfs dance weekly workout plan because it includes more cardio and HITT workouts that are needed to shred weight and burn fat.
As a plus size female trying out Pamela Reif workout plan, I was really scared if I can make it through as you mainly just see girls who are already-fit trying to complete this challenge. There weren’t many creators that I could personally look up to whilst trying Pamela Reif for a month. I hope this workout video can inspire you that you too can do it. Remember we are all individuals so you may lose more or less weight than me and that’s okay because we all work at our pace. It’s important to be patient with yourself and love yourself fully at every stage of your weight loss journey. Realistically, you’re not going to get abs in two weeks if your plus size. I don’t care what anyone says, losing weight is a marathon, not a sprint.
I started with following Pamela Reif home workout plan for 30 min per day, I then moved to Pamela Reif’s 45-minute workout plan. This was definitely a challenge but my plus size results made it worth it. I hope you guys enjoyed this realistic before and after results from a plus size female with PCOS. You can lose weight with PCOS it just may take a little bit longer for us but just keep going. 30 days of doing Pamela Reif workout plan went fast and a month from now, you might wish you had started so don’t think about it and just do it.
Message to my friends: I aim to promote a healthy lifestyle and self-love. It doesn’t matter what size you are, you’re still beautiful. Find ways to love yourself because you’re worth it.
