Metabolic Bodyweight Workout (The Bodyweight Builder)
This bodyweight only workout is a great metabolic circuit that you can use as a stand-alone or as part of a circuit. The goal is to build lean muscle and endurance.
Perform each exercise for 10 reps each one after the other for 5 rounds. Rest when needed
Chin Ups – 10 reps
Plank Around the World Limb Lifts – 10 reps
Hanging Knee Raises – 10 reps
Squats – 10 reps
Rotating Push Ups – 10 reps
