Give this intense 5 minute push up workout at home a try! No equipment is needed so it’s bodyweight only. All experience levels can do this routine since it’s about you pushing yourself to get to your next level. Progressional methods are doing more reps, doing higher quality reps and limiting excess rest so there is always a way to get better. There are 5 exercises and you’re getting as many reps as possible for 1 minute long each with no rest in between exercises. You can use this home pushup workout as a 1 round finisher at the end of your push day or you can do 3-4 rounds resting 1-3 minutes in between rounds for a full volume push workout. Whatever works best for you to get them gains out of this world. A timer is run throughout on the screen for you to stay on track and follow right along. Let’s fight that burn and chase that pump together with this intense 5 minute push up workout at home!
