Today is a leg workout workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds and complete 3 rounds of each exercise throughout the workout. I used anywhere from my 15 pound dumbbells up to my 35 pound dumbbells and my glute resistance bands so grab yours if you’re ready!

1. Goblet squat
2. Walking lunges
3. Sumo back squat
4. Step ups
5. Split squats
6. Reverse lunge pulse and stand
