We had to go and make an entire dessert based around our new Candy Bites and we’re not mad about it at all. You won’t be either as soon as you carve into this pan of deliciousness. Ingredients

PEANUT BUTTER CARAMEL BARS

Method

  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. Place the peanut butter, protein powder, syrup and coconut flour into a mixing bowl and using a rubber spatula, stir until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 10 second intervals, stirring between each until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  5. Add the chopped candy bite pieces to the chocolate and stir until well coated.
  6. pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter and spread it out in an even layer.
  7. Chill until chocolate is solid.
  8. Use a sharp knife to cut it into 12 evenly sized bars and serve!
