Workout Meals
In this video, I teach you guys how to make one of my favorite breakfast meals, overnight oats! They are super simple to make and taste delicious. It is high in calories and protein so it keeps me feeling full and gives me sustained energy throughout the hours of training. It is vegetarian and can be vegan if you replace the protein powder. This is an easy meal prep for any athlete and is part of my regular diet. Taste like dessert! Give it a try and let me know for yourself!

Instructions:
1) Grab empty mason jars
2) Add 1/2 cup of rolled oats
3) Add 1 tbsp of chia seeds
4) Add 2 tbsp of flax seeds
5) Add 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
6) Add 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
7) Refrigerate for 4,8,12, or 24 hours
8) Add Whey protein powder and enjoy

Thats it! Simple ingredients. It is packed with vitamins and micronutrients also the protein will keep you satiated for long period of time.
