Sava means dead body {Once life has departed}. The reason is that the art of relaxation to the body and mind is savasana.
Savasana usually done at the end of yoga practise. After the yoga pratise you must do the savasana, without doing it. There is no use of practising yoga.

In savasana you observe you’re body and breath. When you observe your mind,body and breath, it increase the consciouness the person become so alert and active.
In this posture you must stay for 15 to 20 mintues. The Savasana is really important posture
