Yoga Exercise for Beginners - Garuda Hastha Mudra In Garudasana (Eagle Pose)

Garuda Hastha Mudra In Garuda Asana –
Stand in a steady and comfortable samasthiti Asana,
Perform Garuda Asana by balancing on your left leg while bringing your right leg across and around the left so that both legs are intertwined. Now perform the Garuda Hastha Mudra by crossing your right hand over the left so that intertwine the both hands. Bring your entwine arms inwards and twist them up towards your face and perform Garuda Hastha Mudra and Pada Mudra together helps to maximise the benefots of both Mudras. This provides a slow and sustined stretch to the Muscles of the arms and Legs which produces an excellent relaxation response in these tissues. Repeat this practice by performing on opposite sides.
