Welcome to the FIRST episode of School of Yoga!
I wanted to create a series of videos that provide tips and corrections for yoga postures and sequences that I commonly see being practiced incorrectly – of course every single body is different, but if you apply these techniques your yoga practice will become safer and will yield the benefits you desire.
Today’s posture is downward facing dog or Adho Mukha Svanasana (that’s the Sanksrit title) – it is one of the most common yoga postures which also makes it one of the most common postures to be practiced incorrectly. Apply these tips and you’ll reap the benefits without the injury.
