This video shows the first 43 Days of Ryan’s “Weight loss Journey”. In his first 9 days, he had lost 9lbs, a pound a day. As time went on, we introduced him to strength training and he not only got stronger, but he dropped 3″ off of his waist and belly, and 2″ off of his chest.
