Meet Elle, an ordinary woman on the brink of an extraordinary journey
At eight months pregnant with her second child,

Elle was planning to do something inspiring; to make a dramatic example of how each of us has the power to change our core identity.

Elle undertakes a life-changing journey that pushes her both mentally and physically. Not only would she attempt to shed her post-pregnancy weight, but she would also dare to develop her body into the peak physical condition necessary to compete amongst the world’s best at the International Sport’s Modeling Competition held in New York City.

The enormity of the challenge was clear, Elle had two infant children in her care as well as her sick husband Jon. Jon is plagued with a rare disease that leaves him incapacitated and bed ridden for most of the day and so to make the odds even tougher, Elle would be avoiding traditional weight loss advocates such as dieticians and gyms.

    Hi Elle, I've watched your documentary a couple of times and was wondering how did you get your legs so tone and big cause in the video I see you do only lunges and you said you don't go to a gym so what kind of exercise did you do for the legs and how many reps.

    Heads up for those who point out that a woman's priority after childbirth might not be looking like a hollywood starlet – I saw the ad for your doco whilst watching something else, so I haven't watched the whole thing, but if you haven't put some kind of disclaimer about it not being everyone's goal, just heads up for it. My initial response was quite strong ("Good for her, I'm glad that she wants to inspire…. but oh god, that is not what I would want new mothers thinking they should have to do, because look even regular women can, here's the proof.") but then I moderated myself. Others might not, and you don't deserve the hate after such a great personal achievement.

    I love your video and watched it 3 dais in a row already. i really like how you kept one cheat day per week, and all attained amazing results and yes without a dietician, personal trainer, housekeeper, nanny, or gym membership. i Jane spent so much money on teeing to lose weight is ridiculous and horrible and I've lost steam. I'd really like to know about your regime in detail about how you got from point "A" to point "B". but i cant afford your book on diet and or exercise, let alone ask you ask my hubby to pay it and endure another attempt. is there anyway we could work something out?
