I believe that if there’s something in this world that you find worth fighting for, in your heart and in your mind, you will find a way to make it a reality. This video embodies nearly 3 years of hard work. In the past 4 months, I’ve lost another 25 pounds and a significant amount of body fat.     I screwed up last night, got a couple of good days and then blew it, im going to join the new weight watchers,  lost 40 pounds 10 years ago with w/w. im trying to find an app, to count the new points, have to be careful doc said im pre diabetic thanks for the inspiration

    I might have needed this a lot earlier on in my life but it's never too late for now. Weight loss green store tea is effective for me, I can hold off eating a lot just by taking this an hour before meal time.

    Ok so im in love with your channel. I started my journey about 6weeks ago bout have fallen off the wagon a few times. Mainly because I was frustrated with what to eat n not to eat. Im not the kind of person that can just eat the same thing everyday. Shoot I dont think anyone is. I was always a fit person never struggled with weight until that is I got engaged then married n started to gain weight. I was at my heaviest at 265 pounds I finally had enough n I did loose n got down to a comfortable size 12. Im 5'7. Things is I got pregnant again n put on moderate bedrest so no exercise allowed. After I had my baby I dropped the baby weight but weighed 20 pounds more than when I just got pregnant. My daughter turned 10months and to my surprise I was pregnant again with my third child. I was happy but so worried bout my weight and I had gotten back to my bad eating habits because again due to my high risk issues no exercise allowed n I was eating bad. (Emotional eater) now Ive had my third child and weight 242 n really down about it. I started to get myself back on track about 6 weeks ago n have lost a few inches of my waist. N was considering weight watchers. After watching just one of your videos you've made so much since of things n have motivated me to say ENOUGH feeling bad about myself and get back on track. I am a stay at home mom of 3 kids n we moms tend to take care of everybody else n we sometimes forget about ourselves. Sorry for such a long post. But had to vent. N thanks so much for being an inspiration. : )

    Can you put more videos about your thoughts on how much you need to exercise in terms of exertion level…i have an elliptical in my apartment and and ican go too hard ..like 100 rpm because then it becomes too noisy but i do 30 min moderate like 5 days a week ..do you think thats enough do you think…i should..or like must do weigght 3 times a week and take like zumba 2-times a week in addition to that to lose weight..how much exertion is need to lose 100 pounds?..i really appreciate these vid
