This is a strong Vinyasa Flow Yoga class appropriate for intermediate and strong beginner students. The yoga practice is 60 minutes – 55 minutes of postures and a 5 minute Savasana at the end.

The practice includes many twists and variations of twists. We also move through other poses and sequences for a well-rounded yoga practice. Options and modifications are offered so you can work at the pace and intensity that feels right for you.
