This kickboxing video is one from our old library, but it’s still a goodie! Get ready for some monkey pushups & plyo work bobbed & weaved into your kickboxing workout, what I call “Cardio Defense.” It’s 45 minutes of awesome cardio conditioning, strength building and a simple to follow (just not so EASY) routine that you can incorporate into your at home workouts at least once a week.
